Q. When will the next prize draw take place?
A. Each prize draw takes place every month. To find out the date of the next prize draw there is a countdown timer in current surveys page which gives you the days until the next prize draw
Q. How much could I win in the prize draw?
A. The amount of each prize draw will vary depending on the number of surveys we have been commissioned to run, but we will always ensure there is a minimum of a first prize of £50 per month.
Q. How do the prize draws take place?
A. each time you complete a survey you will be added to a list of other respondents a number of times depending on how many active view points the survey you have completed is worth. i.e once for surveys worth 10 points, twice for those worth 20 points etc. On the day of the prize draw this list will be randomised and each entry will be assigned a number. A random number generator will then be used to pick a number between 1 and how many entries there are in the prize draw. The first number drawn will be awarded the first prize, the second will be awarded the second prize and so on.
Q. how will I be informed if I have won a prize?
A. All prize winners will be sent an email to inform them they have won and asked to claim their prize by emailing back a confirmation. if we have your twitter and facebook contact details we will also contact you via this to ensure you are able to claim the prize. In addition, we will post the prize winners name on Facebook and Twitter to celebrate you winning the prize
Q. How quickly will I receive my prize after the prize draw?
A. We will always aim to get the prize to you ASAP but prizes can take up to a maximum of 28 days to be processed, this 28 days will start after you have claimed your prize.
Q. What are the Questionnaire responses being used for?
A. Most of the questionnaires will be formed in collaboration with external partners we are working with to answer specific questions they have about participants or non-participants of specific sports. however, we will regularly also have questionnaires about other aspects relating to sport, such as your views on motivations to take part in sport or exercise, opportunities to take part in sport etc.
Q. How can I leave Active View?
A. in order to be taken off our mailing list you can either unsubscribe when you receive an email informing you of a new survey or email us at colin.geenes@sportstructures.com asking to be removed from our mailing list.
